Tradition in a new form
As part of the Osječko 1664 family, this radler brings the tradition of Croatia’s oldest brewery in a modern, non-alcoholic edition. Proof that a non-alcoholic beer can have character, soul, and a recognizable signature.
Recipe
Salmon fillets in Osječko Radler Non-Alcoholic Dark lemon sauce
For 2 persons
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (or other fish) (about 300–350 g)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 ml Osječko Radler Non-Alcoholic Dark
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 small finely chopped clove of garlic
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley
Preparation:
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, then briefly sear the salmon on both sides (about 2–3 minutes, until golden). Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and briefly sauté, then pour in Osječko Radler Non-Alcoholic Dark, and honey
- Let it reduce gently for 4 - 5 minutes until the sauce becomes thick and aromatic.
Return the salmon to the pan and warm it in the sauce for another 2–3 minutes to absorb all the flavors.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives and serve with roasted potatoes or cooked rice.
Tip:
You can also make this recipe with chicken or vegetables - Osječko Radler Non-Alcoholic Dark will give any dish a mild caramel-citrus note and refreshing lightness.
